Denise Giordano is a Brooklyn-born artist based in South Florida whose work spans abstract painting, sculpture, fabric, and mixed media. Largely self-taught, she explores unconventional techniques, including the distinctive use of smoke and soot, through an experimental approach to materials.

Her artistic journey began at age eight and later earned her acceptance into New York City’s High School of Art & Design. Following a career on Wall Street and in Houston’s energy industry, she returned to art upon retiring in 2019.

Her work has been represented by galleries throughout Texas and exhibited at multiple venues during the Round Top Antiques Shows. Today, Giordano continues to develop her practice through new materials and processes, building on a lifelong passion for creative exploration.
