Artwork & Product Policies

  • All artwork images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible; however, colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and device displays.

  • All artwork is subject to availability.

  • Posh Art Gallery reserves the right to modify artwork descriptions, pricing, availability, or discontinue works at any time without notice.

  • Due to the nature of original artwork, minor variations or imperfections may exist and are considered part of the uniqueness of the piece.

Sales Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted on any artwork or merchandise due to the one-of-one and original nature of the works.

  • Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Posh Art Gallery reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion.

Pricing & Payment Policies

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Listed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, customs, or handling fees unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required before artwork is released or delivered.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Policies

  • Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Posh Art Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

  • Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the purchaser once the artwork has been transferred to the shipping carrier or delivery service.

  • Deliveries for purchases under $4,000 require a $100 delivery fee.

Website & Intellectual Property Policy

  • All content associated with Posh Art Gallery, including logos, artwork images, branding, photography, videos, text, and website design, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Posh Art Gallery or the respective artist.

  • Artwork images may not be used commercially without authorization.

Customer Conduct Policy
