Raised in New York City just steps from the Metropolitan Museum of Art, she spent her childhood immersed in its galleries, an early influence that shaped her artistic path. Now based in Florida, Grieco has developed a vibrant and expressive style that reflects both her upbringing and her intuitive approach to painting.
Grieco studied at The Art Students League of New York under renowned artists including Knox Martin, Larry Poons, William Scharf, Kenneth McIndoe, and Harvey Dinnerstein. From the moment she first held a brush, she recognized painting as her most natural form of expression. Her work is characterized by unrestrained energy, bold color, and fluid movement, with compositions built from meaningful lines, shapes, and hues.
